Dinner last night completely blew our expectations. Dinner in a cave sounds cool, but this was an unforgettable experience. We all boarded a small motorboat (that is towed by the junk boat) and headed out onto the dark waters at 8pm. As we turned a corner on the bay, a massive dark shadow rose out of the water, and a string of lights lined a path up a massive rock formation on the bay. The boat docked at the foot of the rock, and we trekked up thirty steps carved into the side of the rock formation.

At the top of the path we approached a small opening in the rock, which seemed just big enough for a small child to walk through. We were instructed to enter through the small opening, and were transported into a massive cavern with candles and tea lights everywhere.

At the end of the windy cave, one long table set for 21 invited us all to dine in this secret world. Dinner was cooked on-site in a large open pit, and was another large feast of never-ending courses of fresh food.

Renee and I ended the night passing out under the stars on the lounge chairs back on the junk boat; a truly amazing day.
